Health Care Reorm Toolkit for Employers
The health care reform law, also known as the Affordable Care Act (ACA), has many complex rules and regulations for employers and health plans. As a result, many employers are seeking further guidance on how these rules and regulations will affect their organization. This Health Care Reform Toolkit is designed to allow employers to go directly to a question or area of concern.
Each section of this toolkit focuses on a specific health care reform topic and includes:
- A detailed summary;
- An actionable item(s) checklist; and
- A list of supporting resources available on FutureOffice Network (FON) available to BBI Clients.
This toolkit is current as of February 14, 2014 and will continue to be updated as new rules and regulations are released.
